Many people find aspects of the working environment intimidating. Speaking up in formal meetings and dealing with awkward situations are obvious examples. Even senior members of staff can be alarmed at the prospect of communicating tough messages – especially if whoever’s on the receiving end is likely to be resistant.    

This course explores straightforward but effective techniques for communicating clearly, honestly and assertively – but never aggressively – in a variety of high-pressure circumstances.
