Effective Communication within Teams

Why do some teams gel and produce consistently good results while others find it so much harder to make headway? It's generally to do with the quality of the relationships within the team, and that's largely governed by how well the team members communicate.

This course gives participants a practical understanding of a range of interrelated topics, including active listening, clarity in communication, building rapport and earning trust. It helps people work with one another harmoniously whether or not their personalities are a natural match.
